No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token); my art, wether commissioned, pre-existing or future, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else.. I strictly prohibit usage for AI learning.

Commercial art will be discuss ==personally == only.
My rates for commercial is personal price x2.
Deadlines will have to discuss personally.
Commercial means you have agreement for sell merchandise.
Like i said personal use its not available for rush.
I easily got sick or health issues/ family issues so sometimes i will not be active for a while.
I have my personal life too so personal art
Usually it will take long time to work.
Commissions are not "first come, first served". I reserve the right to decline your order.
If i don't feel comfortable or i'm not able to work on it.
I'm might be busy so i'm not sure with deadlines.
You can ask for status updates about your commission.
If you do want status updates, you can ask me to wait for your response after status updates (requesting me to change the pose/expression/etc)
I don't do refund so please consider this before email or dm me.
I will not scam you, the commission might take a very long time (1 year) cause i have a very long queue.

Process And Payment
Full payment will be sent beforehand, and via Paypal invoice transfer only.
You will have to accept pay the 3.49% Paypal fee when commissioning me.
Any edits can be made during the sketching phase; once the draft is approved i start working to completion. If you desire to check inbetweens please let me know beforehand. All edits made after completion will be subject to additional fees.

Commercial Use
Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand by the commissioner.
I charge an one-time fee of +100% of the total price (double the total)for any usage including but not limited to: streaming assets,album or book covers, promotional artwork, game illustrations.
For merchandise design, it's one-time fee of +200% of the total price
